  • Wine and Spirit Education Trust:  WSET is one of the most-taught and recognized courses in the world and requires between one day and several weeks of training.
WSET Level 1: For WINE LOVERS (English, Spanish, Chinese or French language)

It is a day of introduction to wine, grape varieties, vinification, tasting as well as the basis of wine and wine pairings. The target audience is individuals wishing to learn the tasting or professionals beginning in the wine sector (wine tourism, administration, catering, wine merchant, etc.)

  • Testing: 10 wines
  • Exam: 30 questions in 45 min
  • Certificate: WSET Level 1 in Wine & Spirit Certificate

WSET level 2: SEMI PROFESSIONAL (English, Spanish, Chinese or French language)

This 3/4 days training offers a detailed presentation of the main grape varieties, their adaptations in the different wine regions of the world as well as the styles of the wines they produce. It makes it possible to approach the main producing countries of Europe as of the New World and to apprehend the tasting by following a professional analysis. Also discussed are sparkling wines, fortified wines and spirits.

WSET level 3: PROFESSIONAL (English, Spanish, Chinese or French language)

This 5/6 days training provides in-depth knowledge of the world’s wine producing regions as well as viticulture and oenology principles. The tasting becomes a key element of the training, the objective for the candidate is to be able to analyze a wine blind (its climates, grape varieties, terroirs, etc.). A minimum level of preliminary knowledge is required to participate.

    • Duration: 6 days
    • Tasting: 80 wines
    • Exam: :50 questions + 5 questions with answers written + blind tasting of 2 wines (3h)
    • Certificate: WSET Level 3 in Wine & Spirit Certificate
  • WINE (French Wine Scholar):
  • BUSINESS OF WINE (Napa Valley Wine Academy) : Intensive program on viticulture, production, commercial strategy, sale and distribution of wine
  • CERTIFIED SPECIALIST OF WINE (Society of Wine Educators)
