La compétence clé de cette unité est de comprendre et d’organiser un tour du vignoble. Pouvoir parler de ce qui rend votre vignoble unique est l’une des clés pour différencier votre marque de vin d’une autre. Pour les amateurs de vin, visiter et être capable de comprendre les caractéristiques clés d’une région et de ses vignobles aide à développer l’appréciation et à cultiver une compréhension plus profonde du vin lui-même et ajoute beaucoup au plaisir de l’expérience viticole.

Cette section se concentre sur trois aspects de l’un des mots les plus populaires utilisés aujourd’hui: «terroir». L’interaction de la vigne avec l’environnement (climat et géographie), le sol et la gestion humaine de la vigne.

The key skill of this unit is to understand and to give a vineyard tour. Being able to talk about what makes your vineyard unique is one of the keys to differentiating your wine brand from another. For wine lovers, visiting and being able to understand the key features of a region and its vineyards helps to build appreciation for, and cultivate a deeper understanding of the wine itself and adds a lot to the pleasure to the wine experience.

This section is focused on three aspects of one of the most popular wine words used today: “terroir”. The vine’s interaction with the environment (climate and geography), the soil and the human management of the vine.
